Domestic orders are shipped every Monday & Thursday. All merchandise is shipped from Nashville, TN. U.S.A. During the Christmas holiday season we do ship every weekday.
When placing an order, and before the check out page, there is an option to view estimated shipping costs.
We are closed on every U.S. national holiday and there is no delivery service on those days.
Once your order is shipped, normal delivery time is 3-5 days.

International Orders are shipped every Monday OR Thursday. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are some exceptions. If your country is not listed, contact us for special arrangements.

You are responsible for all duties & taxes incurred upon delivery. We will NOT ship your order as a "gift" or "commercial sample." We do lower the value of the items to half price to help with the taxes.
If you plan to use a freight forwarding company. Please be advised, we are not responsible for any issues that occur once the package has been delivered to a company. All communication regarding your order must go to them, because it is out of our hands and the U.S.P.S.
Customers located in Japan & China, please use English characters when filling out the shipping information. Our shipping label printer is unable to read foreign characters.
International orders are shipped First Class Mail or Fed Ex International Mail with tracking information to the following countries:
If your country is not listed, tracking is only available until it has reached your countries customs office. First Class International Mail service is the most economical method.
If you wish to have your order shipped with door to door tracking and a more expedited manner, please contact us.
Most international shipments take between 15-20 days for arrival in your country. If you have not received your order in that time frame. The most common reason for the hold up is the customs office in your country. There is nothing we can do about this. You are at their mercy and they will release the package when they seem fit.
Customers in South America, delivery time for your orders can take up to 8-10 weeks. We are uncertain as to why this is. So please be patient and contact us after the 8 weeks have passed.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return new, unopened or unwashed items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please contact us so we can work with you on resolving the issue. As shipping any item back to us will be expensive for both parties.
