A Message to Our European Customers
We’re very sorry to share that, due to the European Union’s new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), we have made the difficult decision to stop shipping orders to the European Union.
This is not a decision we wanted to make.
We know that for many of you, ordering merchandise from MerchBooth.net is about much more than simply buying a shirt. You’re supporting the artists you love, representing their music, and helping independent and smaller bands continue to do what they do. We also know that MerchBooth.net is the only official online source for merchandise for some of the bands we work with, meaning that for certain artists, fans in the EU may no longer have an easy way to purchase their official merchandise online.
That part of this decision weighs heavily on us.
We have looked carefully at what would be required for us to continue serving the EU under the new regulations. Unfortunately, the additional compliance requirements and responsibilities involved are more than we can reasonably take on as a small business. Rather than risk failing to meet requirements that we take seriously, we have made the difficult choice to stop accepting shipments to EU countries.
We realize this is frustrating, disappointing, and especially unfair to those of you who have supported us and the artists we represent from Europe over the years. We are genuinely sorry.
We are incredibly grateful for every order that has come from the EU, every band you have supported, and every time you chose to wear merchandise purchased through MerchBooth.net. We never take that support for granted.
We will continue looking for ways to make official merchandise available to European fans whenever possible, including working with the artists we represent to explore alternative options for EU customers.
