If you are contacting us because your order has not arrived. We are aware shipments to Europe, especially Switzerland are taking a very long time. The only tracking we have, is what you were sent. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

Some orders are taking at least 8-10 Weeks and some longer, we are not sure why this is happening. The only reason we can figure, is steps within the mail facilities to protect against Covid-19 and the volume of shipping has increased greatly.
If your order has not arrived in 12 weeks. Please contact us and we can start the process of a refund.
In light of this happening, as of June 19th 2020 we have started using a new International Shipping Service through FedEx. We have been assured their process is faster and will have less delays.
